I was walking home from the train station in the not-so cold, looking at the city, which some call the Armpit of Boston, when I realized that it's not so bad. Sure, there are the ocassional asshole adolescents, who feel the need to attack two peaceful homosexual as they walk down the street not instigating an argument, but for the most part, it's ( Read more... )

I never complained about Malden... actually, I started loving it Senior Year of highschool. I guess that's when people start to realize just how wonderful it is, right before they leave to go into what may be called lesser of a city.

Yeah, I definitley think we all take it for granted. I know I've called Malden ghetto, or a shit-hole, or something else to that degree... But I've been in other cities, in other states, and I don't think any other place would feel as comfortable to me as Malden does.

Yeah, I call Malden the ghetto. But I love Malden, like really love it. I've always appreciated it so much. My friends in Winchester can't even wrap their minds around how great it is to look around your class and see a multitude of faces, races, and religions. It makes me so happy :)

Snow Patrol tix go on sale Saturday, around 20ish dollars. I doubt they'll sell out fast, but just letting ya know. Call my dorm if you think you can go. May 21st
