I was supposed to do something today, so as not to waste the light and time once again. However, nothing seems to be working to my advantage today. Now I am lethargic and the rain won't stop hitting my window, calling for me to stand beneath it. I won't, too many memories, although I am so sorely tempted

You remind me of Eyeore from Winnie the Pooh. You always seem so dowtrodden and depressed whenever you leave me a comment. Why wouldn't I want to talk to you? We always have good conversations and there aren't really that many awkward silences. I'd call, but I'm not sure when would be a good time, considering that I am ignorant of your work schedule at the moment. Are you still working?
