thats the first time i've ever heard about anything like that restaurant wise. i'll make sure not to go to the 99 with a party anymore, thanks for the heads up : )

you know thats wrong of them. and the manager to act like that. you even know in retail... no matter what type of customer you have, to make them happy. sorry you had a sucky experience.

the food at the 99 blows anyways. california pizza has the same rule about the seating thing. it's stupid. next time dont bother to tell them the whole party isn't there...surprise them

From the waitress's POV, it does suck when there's part of a party there, but not the whole thing. I however, don't care because, I'd rather the tables be full and know what I am getting into(knowing there's a 9 coming or whatever) then waiting for the word.
The manager was WAAAAYYYYYYY out of line. You should ocmplain higher than there.
And this my friend, is why you need to come to Keene, NH to have the best server ever at the OG :-)
