wes, it's times like that why i keep a designated "trash" plastic bag in my car.

i don't think birthdays are overrated. but maybe that's cuz i'm a girl. it's nice to have at least one day of the year in which you're allowed to feel extra special.

i did that...until i was driving with the windows down and all the trash went flying around my car. it was pretty sweet, till i became a litter bug. i felt horrible actually, i never litter. i suppose i could tie the bag...duh.

i love bdays...and xmas. i guess i just like feeling special and appreciated.

I don't think they're overrated, but as you grow older I think they loose their lackluster.... and I'm not sure why. At least I feel lika that. Maybe it's the getting older? I know this year I am having trouble with turning 25... and that I say "20 years ago blah blah blah" and actually remember 20 years ago. Getting old is depressing. I count down to my birthday though religously every year... bad habit from when I was younger. I do the same at Christmas.

I feel like b-days are over rated. I mean when you're younger, you have something to count to (teens, turning 18, and then the big 21). After 21, my birthdays seem more uneventful.

true, but do you not still get presents?

Usually at xmas, but not for a while on my b-days.

i love how everyone responded to your b-day comment and your one year relationship comment, but not on the body of your story... ie the ice cream container being thrown out at a gym. hahh. as much as i was mortified at the time, i am laughing my ass off in retro-spec ;)<--- my one asian-eyed smile

i really dont think it was that big of a deal. at best buy, i'd get ppl asking me to throw stuff away for them all the time. i mean, if i was a gym member with trash, would she still give me a weird look?

i think my friends are happy that i found someone that is worth committing to babe.
