She lost her liscens and my mom took the plates off her cat cause she's a minor. She was still going to drive it so my mom took her keys too. Next thing i know my sister's yelling at her and was about to hit her. She's hit her in the past quite a bit so I called the cops cause if I touched her, I would of gotten in trouble.
