19?

I run seders in a way that prevent people from getting too hungry. We say motzi early on and have soup and hillel sandwiches before the four questions. And people can nibble and snack. It's amazing how much more willing people are to talk about the text with some food in their tummies. They know a main course is coming after the maggid, so they know the maggid needs to last long enough to make room after the matzah balls.
