A Question (or two)

This doesn't necessarily have anything to do directly with your comic strip post, but it is a question that came up in my mind as I read a comment of yours earlier in which you claimed to be a "frothing atheist." My question: Why atheism? It seems you have an interest in religion, yet you claim to believe in none. I guess I find that very interesting. Is your interest in debate because you wish to show others the error of their ways, or simply because you enjoy a good debate? Ok, maybe that's two questions then... Your thoughts?
