This year i did not make any new year's resolutions, especially those ones that i'm obviously not gonna keep. Instead, all i did was get together with some friends and just hung out and drank. I had a really great time

We miss you here in Brockville (Well I do anywho...im speaking for the others cause i haven't talked to them inawhile) We are heading back to Ottawa tomarrow! So catch ya later. Just wanted to say happy new years. And send a New years twitch..so here it is..*twitch* Hehe. Anywho see you in a couple days prolly. Beware though i am still sick :(!

You forgot to tell us the part about the permanent marker that you discovered after comming into conciousness. *sticks toungue out at Richard and laughs*
New years is really just an excuse to have fun with friends, after the more family-oriented Christmas/Hanukkah/whotnot, while still on a 'holiday' from school, work, or whatever.
And it works.
you can celebrate the Earth returning to the same position (or nearly the same, I bet its not exact every year due to anomalies and the leap year phenomenon) on any day.
