So I'm walking along this morning making my merry way to the office having just completed my first session of Sudarshan Kriya, when this old man in a cycle rickshaw spies me walking towards him, he slows his driver and as I walk past he gives me a banana and smiles.

It's taken about two weeks for me to organise my life to a degree I consider worthy of writing on. when I say organise I mean settle most outstanding matters relating to my travel and Delhi exit.
