A/N: Am so happy about Sam/Nai so I had to write a little something. Hope you enjoy! This fic goes out to my dear friend Lara, who loves them as much as I do and I love talking with you every Thursday night. It’s so much fun to fangirl with you over our lovely couple. Love you Hun! I am also thinking of writing a longer fic that deals with what happens next and Addison and all that, it will especially help with the hiatus!

It had been a long day. Naomi was thinking about many things; Ricky and Tanya, Maya possibly going to Columbia and what she had said to Sam earlier. It was the truth, she still loved him but she does not trust him like she used to. Spending time with Sam was nice, he knew her so well and she was so comfortable around him.
Naomi was standing outside looking at the ocean when Sam walked out. “Uh Olivia is stirring if you wanted a cuddle or two. You probably just have to walk by her room.”
“Nah we should just let her sleep.” Naomi said as Sam poured her some more wine.
“That’s true love, passing up baby therapy like that.” Olivia could make all your troubles melt away, even just for a little while.
Ricky and Tanya were still weighing heavily on Naomi’s mind. She had to know. “Was I so wrong? About Ricky and Tanya? I mean, maybe they could have helped raised that baby.”
“Maybe, but Erin had to be involved and she wasn’t ready to make that commitment.” Sam could see how upset Naomi was. It broke his heart.”Hey, I’m trying to tell you it’s not your fault.”
Naomi loved him for trying, although it was not working. “Well it’s not helping.”
“Why? Because you don’t trust me?”
“Could you?” Naomi was having a hard time getting this out be she needed a hug.” I need a hug.” Sam just smiled at her. “Okay.”
He held her tight and did not let go. It was amazing how their bodies still fit together after all this time. Hugs from Sam always made her feel so much better and tonight was no exception.
“You okay?”
Naomi smiles back, Sam’s smile was infectious. “Yeah.”
Sam looked at her in a way that he had not looked at her in a long time. His eyes were swirling with love, lust and desire. Naomi did not come any closer for a few seconds to give him a change to back out. Sam closed the distance and kissed her. It was tentative at first then became more passionate as their mouths became reacquainted with each other. They were Sam and Naomi, they always found their way back to each other.
