today i got a call from Grube, asking me if i wanted to teach national trail's indoor drumline. i said sure, assuming it was just working with the pit. well, he went on saying how the head director, Julie Myers did not have the time to do it, and then it dawned on me that i would be teaching the whole line, just me. but what made this even better

Sweet, Chris! You're going to do sooooo well. As for ideas, you remember when, at one quartet rehearsal, we were listening to Vanessa Mae (electric violinist) and I played one song that I thought needed to be made into a band show? That's one idea, and then there are a few celtic songs I could send you that have really interesting beats, and the one I'm listening to right now, "The Warlock's Fife", would be really good too.
