I suppose that I could give a running commentary about what I have been doing these last several weeks. My film "Snow Cake" has opened to grand reviews at Tribeca, whilst the play I directed "My Name is Rachel Corrie" just ended its sold-out two week run at the Royal Court Theatre. Aside from that, I do not have much about which to write ( Read more... )

A long, long time ago... Actually, I would love to spin some wonderful yarn of me as a wild and reckless young man, but in this particular instance it has to do with several of our colleagues (not in their present incarnations) who were excessively desperate in their pleas for my appearance. I believe there is a conversation about it somewhere in my journal.

If you get any good ideas, slide some my way. I never know what to post about anymore.

I believe that you should post whatever it is that comes to your mind. After all, it is your journal and there are plenty of people who enjoy reading what you have to share with us.

I always enjoy it when people take everyday things and turn them into something interesting.

My everyday things would turn the most insomniac individual and bore him/her to sleep.

-How did it feel kissing another man in Dark Harbor?
-Do you enjoy the role of Professor Snape?
-Would you do another movie similar to "Love, Actually"? (Great movie.)
-Why is it that so many teenage girls fell in love with you in "Sense and Sensibility" when you had blond hair?

I'll shut up now. But I had fun writing those down.

-As actors we are required to do whatever it is that our roles call for us to do. I have no qualms about kissing either sex, so it did not affect me at all.
-Immensely so. Jo and I have spent several long hours of conversation discussing what she has in store for our Professor Snape.
-Yes, I would. (Thank you).
-I sincerely doubt it was the hair, but the attitude. I have discovered that while women do like to be treated as an equal, they do enjoy having a gentleman treat them with respect and honor, placing them high upon a pedestal to be worshiped as the goddesses they are.

No need for you to shut up, and I enjoyed answering.

My daughter would kill to have any insight as to what happens to Professor Snape. I don't even read the books, but she always rambles about things along the lines of "I don't know! Is Snape good or evil?!" Then she'll go on in long rants if Dumbledore wanted to die, if he really is dead... yadda yadda yadda. It's all so tiring and confusing.

Great answer for Sense & Sensibility. I should use that... hahaha.

Unfortunately, I have been sworn to secrecy so I am not allowed to give up even the slightest hint.

Haha, thank you. It is true, however.
