Sounds like you found a winner! As an aside, what experience do you guys have with Perdo Ximenez wines? I had one recently and it was fantastic.

I haven't really had any experience with them. I know that particular grape is used to sweeten sherry and stand alone it can be intensely sweet. Me being a bold red kinda guy I never really tried any but I am trying to understand the dessert wines a bit more. If you have any recommendations on a wine let me know!
