This is the sort of thing that I might be able to churn fast enough for NaNoWriMo, though I'd have to give credit to the DM and other players for developing the characters and plot for me. I don't think I can write another 49,500 words in the next three days, though, so this year is definitely off the table.
I may continue to play with novelizing the action in our D&D sessions. It takes away the problem of "what happens next" and leaves me with just the wordsmithing (ie the fun part) to do.
