He seems to want to tell you his credit card number. Why not take him up on the offer? Could be handy.

Certainly if some of his fellow countrymen later ask you for credit card details - I'm sure Mr Olanrewaju would be delighted to make some money while also assisting a compatriot in releasing some funds.
