Does the shaft need more structural reinforcement? I know the mines can be quite dangerous, which is an altogether shameful state. [Robert's voice is genuine. He's seen too many miners get hurt, and even if he has a lot of wealth and the capacity to attempt to interfere in almost every case, there's still so much he can't do.
