[Tattoi's return to Luceti is... uneventful. Quiet, even. The only thing that really signals his presence is a repeated clang of metal-on-stone. See, in Luceti Valley, Tattoi's a disgruntled miner. He works his tail off - literally, as he lost it in a mining accident - to supply the smithy with metals and coal for the forge. Lack of proper respect ( Read more... )

[Robert isn't a miner, but being a magitechnological corporation owner means that he depends very much on the job's output of material. And, in that vein, he's already made a prototype mining suit (Daisy's AU MJOLNIR) to try to lower the hazardous conditions of the job.

Tattoi may not know him very well, but unlike most owners of large corporations, he is very willing to assist villagers who need it.

I'm glad that your efforts have been so fruitful. If you like, I will personally ensure that magitechnological digging equipment is dispatched to that particular mine. [That gold in particular sounds highly useful for wiring...]

The owners of the mines really do not know how to do proper upkeep of the place, do they.

[For once there's a reason for him to have all this money.]

I'll dispatch equipment immediately, then. May I have a name? I must thank you for this information.

[Robert has some people to be very angry at in Tattoi's favour.]

... Perhaps you would be a good candidate for my prototype mining suit... Assuming I can retrofit it, of course, and then there's the trouble of trying to recreate the Third Party-salvaged parts... But it would be worth it.

A mining suit? I would greatly appreciate such a thing.

[The cart keeps squeaking and rattling along.] Tienei S. Tattoi. Please, call me Tattoi.
