I’m quite surprised at the way my dad seems to have settled down in the new house. He seems quite okay, and my mum hasn’t reported any severe disorientation at all. Of course, for the last few months the evidence of their imminent removal has been all around him, although he did at one point ask what all the boxes were for and my mum told him that

I'm glad things are going better for your parents. What a relief it must be for all of you to have the papers all signed and for them to have made that initial move. How long is it set to take for the new extension to be built?
