Harry Potter Theme Park

I saw on the news tonight, while I was at the gym, that JKR has given permission for an HP theme park to be built in Orlando in conjunction with Warner Brothers and Universal Studios.
It wasn't a big news article but just a ticker on the bottom of the screen.

Has anyone else heard anything about this? Is it true?

I'd say this bodes well for Harry as some people are convinced he will die at the end of the series. I somehow doubt Rowling would agree to, or for that matter WB and Universal would want, a theme park about a dead hero. lol

I wonder if they are going to have Snape's classroom/office? I can just see it now....filled with swooning women of all ages. They should just design the whole area with that "target group" in mind. lol
