I should do that...I'm tapering for the tri this weekend but I stopped training hard a week to soon due to family complications. So I'll just squeeze in one more run and one more bike ride, I think, and just keep walking and stretching and gardening, then have another VERY light swim-bike-run once I get there on Friday and Saturday, with the race on Sunday. Wish me luck - I'll need it. Now that I know what I'm getting into.
