I've been doing a little research. I'm at the Main Gauche, a demon-run and owned apartment complex. There's Kashtta tower, which (at least according to those I've spoken with) is the headquarters of a group called Torchwood. There's also an apartment complex that caters to wanderers, run by a woman named Tess. It was mentioned at the beginning of the CLF's hostilities. I could find the entry again if you wanted.
