Title: A Winter's Day

Rating: G
Media: Pencil and a touch of pastel
Comments: Done for the February Love theme, though not in the traditional sense. Tom simply loves the cold. Or at least loves getting out of his stuffy house. ;)

Oooh, you did particularly well with the clothes this time. You look like you had fun with that scarf, and the sketchiness of the shirt makes the contrast look like texture. The outline of his lips are a little dark in comparison with the paleness of his skin, but other than that, this is a fine Tom Riddle. Those blue eyes really add the finishing touch.

Hey missy,

I really did enjoy working on that scarf. ;) *is jealous of the scarf*
As odd as this sounds, I'm glad you caught the texture of his clothes, as I was going for tweed, and hatched lines seemed the way to go.
There were a few things about the picture that bugged me - the scanner picking up nearly no detail being one of them. But the lips - thank you for pointing that out. Now that I look at it, they are too dark - though not quite as dark on the original. Will keep that in mind for the next Riddle. ;)

Oooh! *pets screen* He's REALLY good-looking, isn't he. Exactly how I imagine Riddle Sr - aristocratic, handsome, but you've pulled off a certain coldness in his eyes... I can't decide if it's the angle of the brows or the colour, but it's done very well. And the cheekbones... the bone structure...I can see why Merope resorted to such measures as she did.

Hi Sophiax!

Isn't he a dish? Hard to blame Merope for what she did, despite it being an ethical no-no. I think the coldness comes from the eye-colour (though I can never decide what colour his eyes really were - I like experimenting) and the squint, as if he's just about to make a disgusted face.

I'm thinking your Voldemort looks very much like this man, save for the colour of the eyes. ;)

Looking forward to (and in some ways dreading!) the next chapter, btw!
