Whaffrak? Reference, woman! What telly show is this meant to be parodying? - or is it a general statement on the morals and mores of Ahh Murkan tellymakers?

Whatever it is, it's nice to see it's drawn you out of the woodwork, limp an' all :D

No it was on Studio 60. The new Sorkin show on NBC. With a full orchestra and a choir and it ROCKS OMG. Go here. It's at the end of part five although the whole episode (2) is fab and I'm only sad I didn't see the first one. As to generalized statements - yes and yes and yes again. Hence the love.

Limp indeed. Miss you too!

Ahh. And aaaggh. I shall have to google and wiki all this, since I know feck all about American telly - and, for that matter, feck all about Aussie telly and very liottle about telly Back Home..."new Sorkin show"? I never heard of the old Sorkin show! Or Sorkin :P

My total telly-interfacing consists of waiting droolingly whilst some kind person in Himself's place of ork torrents the forthcoming episodes of the new season of Battlestar Galactica and the about-to-start Torchwood. Nuff said!

You gotta love a show that can parody U.S. TV with a modified version of a song from HMS Pinafore. :D
