I wasn't familiar with them before I got here and I used to make fun of the fact that the local college has a summer class in armor-making, but since I've joined LJ and have learned more about them, I've gotten kind of used to the armor-clad folks jousting on the lawn at the corner.

Seriously... I would say it's the funniest shit you've ever saw, but I've actually seen some other funny things in the intervening years.
