I was up all last night reading the the dictionary.

There's amazing things in it. ( Some highlights: )

obiter dictum is a legal term for the parts of a judgment that aren't relevant to the actual decision and therefore not binding in later decisions, but that still get paid close attention when a similar case comes up.

I will use this post as a reference in later projects.

I saw the legal part, but I skipped it because it was technical and confusing.
