I went ice skating at the Centroplex with Sean's crew tonight, and I'm so glad I did.  I really needed it.  While it didn't solve my problems, it sure put them on the shelf for a while instead of me sitting at home and making them ten times worse by doing or saying something wrong.  I wasn't too bad
