Davy is sleeping, and instead of pumping like I should I have spent my time checking my friend's page. And after all of it I have only responded to one person's post. I feel bad because I am not keeping up with all my friends, but on the other hand I am barely keeping up with eating regularly, I have actually had to set a goal that I check off

That is a good idea, ensure or something. Kevin wants me to get on weight watchers so that I actually have to count my food, but if I forget to eat then it doesn't do much good. Something like ensure would probably help.
