My New PDA

This may seems mundane to some of you, but it's very exciting to me. Today I went to CVS and bought a tiny notepad and a pen, which I plan to use as a to-do list. (I haven't owned a pen in a few years.) I then dumped out everything I could think of that I have to do:
  • buy notepad and pen
  • mail premium for renter's insurance (check to: _____, ask ( Read more... )

you are so funny. i am also an avid list maker. i somehow need to actually see things crossed out for it to register that i've actually completed something.

i am accustomed to just remembering everything. i don't usually forget things, but when they pile up i do get increasingly nervous that i might, and when people ask me "are you free tuesday?" i have to say "maybe" and then think for a bit. writing everything down seems to have freed my mind a bit -- i can look at it and think i can't do those until monday and then feel a lot more relaxed.

how are you doing? are you recovered from your surgery? are you taking classes this fall?
