[So, Tsuna has pretty much gotten used to his body. It took some time, effort and roughly 239048234902234 incidents where he tripped over his own two feet and ended up faceplanting in various painful ways. But he managed to succeed in adapting and could now move around without too much trouble.

Thing is, he's always been a rather clumsy kid. And ( Read more... )

[Help arrives!

Except, he probably won't be too much of a help and besides, he's also a firetype]

Are you okay?

[trying to shake out the water as best he can]

Y-Yeah, I'm okay. Just didn't expect the water to hurt.

[Ed's on his way to the signpost too. He heard the commotion, and watched from the side-lines until Tsuna started running around in circles.]

Wait, the water hurts you?!

[Ed runs over to the edge of the water and peers at it. It looks pretty clean to him, and he dips his foot in. It doesn't feel like anything's wrong with it.]

The water looks clean to me. [He comes over and takes off his coat to help dry off poor Tsuna.]

[shivering and wincing, he tries to keep still instead of running around all over the place]

Y-Yeah. I-I don't know why it does but it really hurts.

[Rubrubrub. Like the captain on the S.S. Anne, except that Tsuna isn't seasick. Tsuna's coat is still a bit damp, but it looks like Ed got most of the water. His coat's damp too, but that's just a minor inconvenience.]

You don't have any problems drinking it, do you? Maybe your skin is just allergic to it. [A rare condition, but it still exists...]

I can drink it just fine. I-I didn't even know you could be allergic to water.

[but he's mostly dry now and he breathes a sigh of relief. Everything aches but nothing burns anymore]

T-Thanks...

[AND THERE IS SOME... oh, it's basically the same Pokemon...]

-Excuse me! Are you, um... is it serious?

[just give him a moment and he'll stop running--soonish. Pauses and shakes out all of his fur frantically]

I-I don't think I'm going to die or be really sick after but it really, really hurts.

[That... causes her to relax a bit, though she's still agitated. What... can she do here?]

Well, at least that's not as bad as it could be... still, I wish I could help in some way, but...

[Actually, would it hurt her too, or is it specific to him?]

I-It's alright. I-I think I just need to wait for my fur to dry.

[hunches a little. Do you really want to try Momo, I don't think you want to try]

[Love Lovegood never points and laughs. So she will be scurrying over to help. Granted, options for helping might be a bit problematic, seeing as how she has nothing to help with. But she will try and wipe the water from his fur and, in the end, offer an Oran berry.]

Tsuna, what's happened to you?

F-Found out water really, really hurts.

[shivering, he takes the oran berry gratefully and gulps it down. His skin tingles for a bit and he straightens up, blinking in confusion]

Weird. It doesn't hurt anymore.

Isn't that fascinating? You just eat one of these berries and you feel better. Like you've just spent an hour in the Hospital Wing.

[She smiles in relief.] I'm glad it helped.

Yeah, it feels really refreshing. I didn't notice back at the harvest festival but I guess that's because I wasn't injured.

[just going to walk around in circles for a moment, marveling over how everything feels so much better]

Thanks, Luna.
