School is going splendidly, my home life is great, and the job sucks (but whose doesn't one way or another)however it helps out with money...and of course I have the love of another whom I love, so why is it that I feel so empty and lacking any kind of good feeling so often

Maybe...you should go back to the doctor and talk to them about how you're feeling.
I hate these stupid medicines. I've been dealing with them for a long time...and i never feel right. EVER.
