Doesn't that depend on where the router is located? If you're in a town of the right size to have its own server farm, it'll put you in it. If your ISP's closest router is in the next big city, then yeah, it'll be harder to pinpoint.

My house has a router, which makes it tricker to find my IP (since checking my computer tells me it's 192.168.0.7), so I can't try it and find out.
http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm puts me in the next biggest city (~30 miles away), which is likely where my ISP hosts its routers.

It gets me closer, but still about 15 miles off (in a different direction but at least in the same county).

They heard the outrage and are in the process of rolling it back. It's all crossed out now on the releases page.
