How much do I love that the dollar is at parity?

THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH!

I'm being organised this year and doing my Christmas shopping online - no more horrific shoulder to shoulder brawls on Christmas Eve over the last shiny object in the store because I'm too lazy to do it earlier for me!

Eight flights a day what? That's almost as many as you get from Melbourne to Canberra. Although Karratha is probably more exciting and bigger than Canberra...

How is the shipping for all those things you bought? I love the parity business but the shipping tends to be a) stupidly expensive, and, b) STUPIDLY SLOW.

Oi! I resent that comment. There's plenty of things to do here. Like visiting fine political establishments, and our war memorial is gold. And we have one chocolate based cafe stay open until 11pm! So huh, beat that.

I think that once I heal up from my my last hip replacement (last Monday - so yeah, still really gimpy but improving fast) I will apply to make said insane money to live in a Donga. Then I can fly-in, fly-out to visit you and crazedturkey who can also be my doc (Despite having 3 of 4 major joints either replaced or repaired I am disgustingly healthy).

I even have experience in the oil and gas biz.

I'm not 100% serious but it does bear thinking about.
