Christmas rush is officially over. New Year's isn't all that big for The Shoppe. And the next big holiday is Valentine's.
I'm not sure if I'm lookingforwardto rather than dreading that particular holiday. -

It is unfortunate, but I cannot go to sleep. I'm actually afraid that if I do I'll sleep past the stop for The Clinic (and possibly past the one for my second bus when I'm heading home too). Had my eyes checked today
Apparently my eyesight hasn't changed since I first got glasses for my nearsightedness 5 years ago. Since I didn't need new eyeglasses I decided to get a pair of Rx sunglasses. Thankfully, they had what they needed to make them so, they were ready in an hour (good thing as it was decided that my eyes needed to be dialated to complete abovesaid exam ( Read more... ) -

Just had some Jehovah's Witnesses at the door (could feel the power in the pamphlets they handed me). I was polite, allowed them to read to me a little bit, wished them a good day, closed the door, and threw the pamphlets in the trash.
