It has come to my attention that there is a Pho place within walking distance, which means that I must leave the dark confines of my room to go play in the sun. I still don't like going out on my own since...well, maybe I can con someone into coming with me sometime. I like walking barefoot, so I'm wondering if the conditions aren't too icky here, ( Read more... )

It is also my intention to travel outside the apartment sometime soon, though I have yet to speak with Orochimaru very specifically of certain things.

Perhaps, if I can manage the steps, you'd be interested in my company?

Ah, and I'm Kimimaro of apartment twenty-eight. It's nice someone else has a taste for good tea.

Yes, sure. ♥ When you've asked permission, I'll be here. I generally don't have much to do.

Orochimaru doesn't mind that I go. I was just making a rather vague note as a reminder to myself.

The afternoon is fair so I should manage. And the steps are less cumbersome today. What time did you have in mind?

If you like goin' about barefoot, make 'em get used to rough ground. Eventually pebbles an' other thing won't bother your feet anymore. Ditch the sandals.

There's a difference between getting used to the ground and masochism, though. Have you seen the beer bottle shards?

I like it when girls have plasters on skinned knees.

It rained pretty hard a few days ago which washed the sidewalks off. The city has also been putting in a impressive effort in cleanup. I walk barefoot most places. But usually because I forget about my shoes than intentionally.

I was a key-kid, so I'm pretty much in the habit of double checking I have what I need lest I wanna end up stranded. Glad to know I'm not the only one, nonetheless.

Um, I think it does, I can double-check the menu next time. Ohhhh but the boba tea, it is good, they even have mixed pearls for it if you ask.

Mochi would be fucking wicked. What flavor?

You have no obligations; it's going out of your way. Nice, or ulterior motives. ♥

The place is very traditional and hole-in-the-wall, noisy and full of foreign tongues. As with any real Asian food, I never ask what goes in. I just know it tastes like sex~

Ohhh I love the strawberry kind...

Hey, Ukon, think you could cover for me next Tuesday? I got extra practice that evening, and can't make it in.

Aa, cover? Yeah, sure, real music's got first priority over making sure the baby snobs don't touch the more expensive displays. What hours?

Noon through 6. God only knows why he scheduled me then. It's always 4 to close. Always. Totally fucked my schedule up royally.

Thanks. I owe you one.

Tch, sandwich shift--it always fucks up everyone. Nothing else to do though, so no sweat.

I'll keep that in mind.
