surgery went well, i'm exhausted. helped kristen move the rest of her shit out of her apartment tonight, i'm going to miss that place. lots of good memories stuffed in there from the past year and then some. im seeing her off to boston in the morning, only for a week thank goodness! i supported her thoughts of staying up there 100% because shit,

thing about new orleans is it's like nowhere else in the world (except maybe europe). it's easy to leave but it's really really hard to stay gone forever. it has a magnetic pull, people always come back.
