[Con] Unlike AIM, which requires registration, IRC allows anybody to use any screen name at any time, so impersonation could be a problem ( ... )

I've added some of them, but I'm waffling on a few before I add them.

Slash commands: I just added a section to the already-there "learning curve" con, but also added a pro of "we already have a FAQ explaining battle commands, another for IRC commands wouldn't be hard to make"

Maximum users in a channel: Added, but before we submit the suggestion we should find out what that cap is, for the server

Permanent Rooms: I know that registered rooms "expire" if you let them stay idle for too long, we need to find out what that time period is, along with the above.

Contact List: Personally, if people use their nickname as their handle when they're not in mission, I find it easier to remember who is who and what characters they play, rather than screennames (where I always have to look up on the player list who is who to know what to call them). Also, we already have the Player list/contact list, if people need to check it, so I'm not sure if/how to list this one ( ... )

What server are we thinking of using? The one we're already on? I can look up the usercap and channel registration.

Rizon's the one that we were testing on. If we could find a smaller server, that still lets us have a decent number of people in the channel, that would be best, since we wouldn't have to worry as much about handles being in use.
