Unruly Behaviour

Last weekend Jack spent the best part of his weekend on the naughty step. For the following:

Shouting at Mummy & Daddy when he's not getting his way

Shouting no when asked to do anything.

Growling

Growling No

Screeching as a way of saying no to everything

Trying to smack out, but purposely not making contact (for fear of getting into even more trouble)

That's a tough one. My first instinct would be to speak to Kayleigh's mom as well but I seriously doubt that would end very well. Unless she's super open to suggestion (Maybe she's already aware of Kayleigh's bad behavior?)I can't really see her NOT getting offended, you know?

I think the best you can hope for is that the head of Jack's class truely tries their best to continue your parenting lessons while Jack is in the classroom.

ohhh we just started that phase. My sister and BIL do NOT know how to raise their daughter and she is an absolute terror but they come over every wed for dinner. she shreaks to get what she wants so now instead of asking me or pointing to what they want my boys just scream. It is...annoying!!! but I simply tell them that they wont get anything until they stop and that big boys dont get things by crying. It works about 60% of the time. Other then that there is nothing you can do but remind them of your rules.

Does the nursery allow the bad behaviour from Kayleigh then?

My four year old growls. He also sings, very, very loudly.
