Fantastic Hurt Dean.. All the indepth info on the splenectomy? and the ramifications to Deans health were wonderful. All that pain and now he has a scar, not a sexy scar but a nasty surgical scar. Dean would hate that. Poor Sam, he had to feel so afraid for his annoying, brave but sometimes stupid big brother.
I love a hurt Dean fic when it has such a perfect mix of pain, angst and comfort.
