Enjoyed this very much. Good description of what life is like without a spleen and wonderful job having the HurtDean/ComfortSam I love so much. Thank You for this.
If you're speaking from experience when you say it's a good description of life-sans-spleen, I really wish you all the best, even when times get tough. (Even if you're not speaking from experience, it's a great compliment, so thank you!) :)
Thank-you again so much for filling my prompt! <333
Dean’s POV feels so immediate here, which is awesome, and Sam is so very lovely dealing with him, which made even the sad parts happy for me. I love that dynamic to bits! I really like how you captured Dean’s fevered thoughts as well, and how you brought post-hell issues into it. And the OFC. I liked her a lot too. That ending! ;D In conclusion, you’ve got a lot of my favourite things in here, and I’m very pleased right now. Thanks again!
Hoorahhh!! You're so welcome! It was a fantastic prompt, and I hope you do something with it too like you promised. ;)
I'm relieved about Jenn Kelsch! I never planned to write an OC into it but I dunno... She kind of fell into place as I was writing it, and now she's definitely stuck "in my grapefruit," so I'm glad she seemed believable at the least. As I said in the notes, if there's gonna be a doctor, she might as well have something else to do... Hehe.
Happy happy holidays, and thanks again for the inspiration! :D
This was so damn awesome!! Dean's POV was spot-on and at some points I had to smirk because it was just so Dean. And damn, so much hurt/sick!Dean, my favorites. Loved the doctor, loved the hurt, loved the comfort, loved this story!! :)
