So it's been a rough couple of weeks but I've decided to write because sometimes it helps to.

A good friend of mine, Alyssa (Dance Master 5000) said "Now's the time to focus on friends, family, your job and the new nephew on the way."  Carlo said, "you just need to watch movies about independent people, doing great things".  Both of these statements
