You got married when you were six, too? Well, I guess there had to be some proof around that that's not always a bad idea. I mean, at least for you, it's several years later and you seem to still like her a little bit.

You know, you're a very good writer. You set a scene well. You lay out details in an interesting an engaging order (leaving the age until the last detail in the paragraph). I'm recalling your description (months ago) of your getting a cup of water for the woman on the plane--and being told by another passenger that the woman was a con artist. You do write very well.

I feel saddened at the thought of young women getting married. I was in their shoes once, and while I don't regret my decision, I often wish I would have waited and experienced more before I tied the knot.
