We just learned that Oreo died. We found him in the middle of the road when we came home. We had hoped that it was a neighbors cat..(Oreo had a severe head wound so we couldn't tell for sure) but..the neighbors cat greeted us at the house

Awww... that's sad.

We just started letting our kittens roam outside - hopefully to fix a litter box problem - and we worry about them to the point where we round them all up and put them back inside the house before we leave.

How many kittens do you have? We ended up with 17 cats at one point in time..because of kittens. We gave them away though. We still let the cats in when it gets cold outside. I'm worried about Honey and Cracker still but there isn't much I can do at this point. Caylah is an older cat..who knows better than to wander into the road. The rest though..I still worry for.

We have two adult cats and their three kittens.

The adult cats are pretty damn smart... thank goodness.

Dankies Seven. I guess you really don't realize how attached you can get to an animal until their gone. Especially when you have so many to take care of. They're like my kids. o.o
