Now, keep in mind that I'm not entirely against the company I work for. I really am not. I'm working on my 8th year there and I've had nothing but great evaluations from my managers. Plus, my hours are still at the full 40 and I probably have more job security than most people these days, but since the economy has crashed, work has gotten worse

I'm glad to tell you and alternately afraid to tell you that those problems are absolutely everywhere right now :\ Even in schools. And not the normal thirty kids to a class for lack of space kind D: The thirty kids to a class for lack of want to hire new teachers or subs kind :\

That really sucks and is the main reason why I still stick with Wal-mart, despite it's downsides. The job security isn't worth giving up, no matter how crappy the job gets. It's not a high-salary job, but it beats having no job at all x.x
