Walmart blues

Now, keep in mind that I'm not entirely against the company I work for. I really am not. I'm working on my 8th year there and I've had nothing but great evaluations from my managers. Plus, my hours are still at the full 40 and I probably have more job security than most people these days, but since the economy has crashed, work has gotten worse ( Read more... )

Heeey :D It's been awhile!

I'm glad to tell you and alternately afraid to tell you that those problems are absolutely everywhere right now :\ Even in schools. And not the normal thirty kids to a class for lack of space kind D: The thirty kids to a class for lack of want to hire new teachers or subs kind :\

That really sucks and is the main reason why I still stick with Wal-mart, despite it's downsides. The job security isn't worth giving up, no matter how crappy the job gets. It's not a high-salary job, but it beats having no job at all x.x
