Stoned Tony is definitely amusing. Laughed out loud to the reference to Imhotep, though I would have wondered whether Tony might have called him Marwan - though obviously Tony is far more likely to remember Rachel Weisz than any of the female actors which come and go on 24, 'cause Tony is a movie watcher after all. (Though Vosloo tells stories of having people see him in Home Depot and say to their friends things like "that's Marwan, we have to call Jack Bauer"!)
I really wonder though, just how well a non-stoned Tony is going to do recovering from all this. While someone like Ziva may be able to compartmentalise what has happened to her, Tony just isn't built the same way. In canon he struggled for a long time with what happened with Jean, and didn't really ever trust Shepard again. I'll be interested to see how it is that you lay out where Tony goes from here, and where he comes out of it mentally.
