Well, I suppose I could have gotten that position at Waldenbooks, but it was waaayyy more responsibility for hardly any raise at all. I got offered a keyholder position where I'd have to work

It depends on the type of store you work at. You'll be pressured by management to pull numbers (reserves and subscriptions). You'll have a lot of responsibilities that I personally wouldn't take. There are spans of times that you will be working by yourself in the store and it can get pretty hectic.

All the keyholders I work with complain about random shit with the store and how it's run by management, but they all seem pretty happy with their jobs as it were.

Oh, and the discount sucks.

I'm used to having to get certain numbers and such(UPT, A$T, Preferred Reader now Borders Rewards). I checked out the store and I won't have a problem working alone, either.

What type of responsibilities are you talking about, though?

I didn't get the job at GameStop because he wanted me to quit Waldenbooks. ;0; I have been at Waldenbooks so long! I don't want to quit. I make more money this way anyways, they have conflicting shifts.
