That chowder with yellow potatoes sounds really yummy. Just offhand, the jamaican yellow yams and saffron sound like a GREAT idea. And so is not naming it after Akron. No offense, but to most of the world, "Akron" doesn't suggest fine cuisine. And yes, I'm sure there is some fine cuisine there, hell, I"m reading about some right now, but that's not my point ;))
