That chowder with yellow potatoes sounds really yummy. Just offhand, the jamaican yellow yams and saffron sound like a GREAT idea. And so is not naming it after Akron. No offense, but to most of the world, "Akron" doesn't suggest fine cuisine.
And yes, I'm sure there is some fine cuisine there, hell, I"m reading about some right now, but that's not my point ;))

The chowder sounds positively yummy. Please refrain from naming food after the armpit of hell. Only Tony over at Sushi Katsu is allowed to get away with such a thing!
