It seems there's hope for Germany. I've just found the German release date for the Maggie Smith movie Ladies in Lavender. I mean, I've already seen the movie in English, and it's just phantastic. And I doubt that it will be half as good in German. Maggie's performance was just brilliant, and her Germn was very impressive. Wonder what they'll do

It's the theatrical release date and it's 6 October 2005. The German title is Der Duft von Lavendel. I've already seen it (got the dvd from England), and it's just brilliant. Mags speaks a lot of German in it, really impressive.
