Well, its been a couple years since I've used LJ. I'm still smoke free, a little heavier, but still smoke free. A lot of things have happened in past couple years. I may post of the those things, I may not, I might nbot even post here for a couple more years, who knows.

Alright, so I am not a god, I did have a few smokes, at about 120 hrs into quitting. I felt a little disgusted with myself, but Mainly it angered me that I was so addicted to smoking that I just had to smoke. So, here it is July 12th. Well, yesterday was a pretty tough day. I wanted a smoke after dinner, and especially after work. It's one of those things that I used to always do.
