Long post: Distant Worlds review and extras~
The following post if full of randomness and pictures. ^_^
Let's start with Distant Worlds~ (if you don't know what that is, it's "music from FINAL FANTASY - the music of Nobuo Uematsu performed by a full symphony orchestra.") 2 years ago, they also had a concert in Vancouver. Let's just say it was significantly better. ^^" Part of it must've been where I was sitting I suppose. 2 years ago I sat in the 8th row on the ground floor (a very good seat). The people who sat there were all very... civilized, and DIDN'T TALK OR DO RANDOM THINGS DURING THE CONCERT. *fuming with anger* This time, I sat at the last row of the balcony and OH MY GACKT I wanted to kick and slap the dudes who sat in front of me. =_= (anyone who knows me knows I'm a calm person....) The performances were also not as good. I think they didn't have enough time to rehearse so some songs were rather messy and weren't as well synced to the videos in the background. Well, okay, the only reason I went this time was because Uematsu came. ^_^ He's... AMAZING. @_@ A real legend. I have lots of respect for him. Oh btw, I won't lie and say I didn't cry when they played To Zanarkand from FFX. X is my all time favourite. It's beautiful and sad storyline is exactly my style and the music in that game is wonderful. There's almost nothing I don't love about the game. :3 The venue this time was at Orpheum Theater, same as last time. It's a real beauty. ^_^

I went out to buy presents for two of my friends bdays the other day. Oh jeez it was hard. orz Buying presents is one thing I fail at. Once it took me 3 hours wandering the mall until I decided what to get a certain friend... *head desk*
So.... a magazine full of cuties for one friend (although they're a little too cute for my taste lol but she loved it, I already gave it to her), and Pretty Face for another (both from Book Off). LOL Pretty Face is pretty hilarious. xD But there's a reason why it says "MATURE CONTENT" on it in caps lock lol ^^" Also....
Candy~! Candy is a really good filler because almost everyone like them and their pretty cheap! lol I'm glad I live across the street from an Asain mall where there's an asain candy store! (actually, it's called Candy Land) xD I also bought this from a gachapon ^^
At first I thought it was one of those awesome nya-ing cat paw keychains (if you squeeze the palm, it "nya"'s!!) but it turned out to be a mitt. xD lol I wonder how it would look with a "G" written on it...? ;D The weather these days have been really......."good". But "bad" in my language. =.= I dislike hot, sunny summer days.... T^T Here you can see the library, Crystal Mall (the asain mall) and Metrotown. Metrotown is (I think) Canada's second largest mall. ^_^ I love how close it is to my place~
You can also see the mountains from my place which is really nice. ^^ I can't live without view of the mountains~
Ohh, speaking of Book Off, my CD collection is slowly growing xD
Most of these are used. ^^ I like buying used because I feel like I'm saving them from the depths of hell (aka the garbage dump). Something so wonderful shouldn't be in such dirty places. Well, that's what I think. xD
Okay, I'm done here. I don't think I can stand pressing Insert Image one more time. orz <3
