Hello. As stated by Car.Mike, you can use Recode with AnyDVD running in the background and there is no need to rip to your HDD first. If you don't have/use AnyDVD, rip to HDD first using DVDFab or RipIt4Me and open the VIDEO_TS folder in either Remake DVD or Full Disc mode with Recode. I also prefer Recode to DVD Shrink.
