If I'm very, very lucky, I shall never have to read Faulkner or Williams again.
Because if I had to, I just might bore a hole through my skull. I think there's a lot to be said for the happy ending myself (especially when it involves a Japanese masseuse)--I don't see the fun in making characters and then shitting all over them.
Also, Shelley is just about the worst poet I've ever read, Ozymandias notwithstanding.
Hemmingway's a depressing dude to read, but he's so damn good at it that I don't mind.
Back the fuck off of Faulkner, or I'll fuck you up on behalf of the greatest man to ever hold a doctorate in English. Seriously, As I Lay Dying was a fairly amazing read. All thrown together in a hodge-podge and still makin' sense. All carting around a mouldering corpse. All havin' an entire chapter as one sentence. Faulkner is like a delightful literary puzzle that you have to put together to get a picture of the Grim Reaper flipping you off with one hand and swinging his scythe at your face with the other.

Williams is a hack.
